# iklo

> iklo is an on-demand childcare service for urban parents. It works two ways: (1) **iklo nest** — safe, staffed, supervised childcare spaces inside malls, theaters, and daycare centers where parents drop off their child for short durations; and (2) **on-demand caregiving** — trusted nannies and caregivers arranged on request, at home, on the go, or while traveling. Tagline: "Trusted care for your child, even when you can't be there." Positioning: "Simplifying Urban Parenting."

Every caregiver is background-checked, reference-verified, and screened before joining the iklo network. iklo nests are secure, monitored (CCTV), and staffed by trained iklo-verified caregivers with secure check-in.

## iklo nest — supervised childcare spaces

An **iklo nest** is a professionally managed, supervised childcare zone where trained iklo-verified staff care for children while parents are nearby. Parents drop off for short durations in a secure, engaging, monitored environment. iklo nests sit exactly where parents need them — malls, theatres, hospitals, and public spaces.

Perfect for: shopping trips, movie time, hospital appointments, quick errands, and dining out.

Live on-demand iklo nest childcare stations:
- **Nexus Mall, Kukatpally** — in-mall supervised care, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Drop your child at the iklo nest zone and shop or dine freely.
- **Asian Cinemas, M Cube Mall, Attapur** — in-theater supervised care, 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Drop off before the show, pick up a happy child after.

Partner daycare / drop-off nests operate across Gachibowli, Kondapur, Hafeezpet, Manikonda, Kukatpally, Attapur, LB Nagar, and Hitex/Madhapur — with hours ranging from morning-only to 24/7 care.

## On-demand caregiving & services

Alongside the iklo nest, on-demand caregiving is a core part of iklo. Parents send a request through the iklo concierge (**ask.iklo.io**), a real person reviews it, and iklo arranges a trusted, vetted caregiver or provider. Requests handled include:

- **Nanny at home** — trusted nannies and babysitters on demand (same-day urgent requests typically fulfilled within 1–3 hours)
- **On-demand travel nanny** — a caregiver to look after your child while you travel for work
- **After-school routine** — daily after-school care, homework help, and tutoring
- **Classes & coaches** — curated activities: art, sports, music, coding, and more
- **Event & occasion childcare** — care for weddings, conferences, and social events
- **Talk to a parenting expert** — child psychologists, nutritionists, and parenting coaches

Both one-time / emergency bookings and recurring arrangements are supported.
